The various positions for these locations are as given:-

Bhopal (Tractors Assembly Plant)

Graduate Engineers with 6-12 years of experience in the area of Tractor design, Transmission design, Hydraulic design, Engineering (special focus on designing assembly processes), Production, Quality (vendor development, quality system).

Diploma Engineers with 4-7 years of experience in the field of Material procurement (with special focus on casting,sheet metal and forging) including Development, Engineering (process design in vehicle assembly, layout & material handling), Quality (vendor development, component inspection, quality system), Production.

Parwanoo (Gear Manufacturing Unit)

Graduate Engineers with 6-12 years of experience in the area of Quality (knowledge of gears manufacturing is a must), Heat Treatment, Manufacturing, Materials, TPM (implementation experience required) & Marketing (ability to establish function from zero base required).

Diploma Engineers with 4-7 years of experience in the field of manufacturing, Maintenance, Design & Quality.

Alwar (Engine Manufacturing Unit)

Graduate Engineers with 6-12 years of experience in the area of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials procurement, Product Development (engine application), Vendor Development, Marketing (engine applications development)

Diploma Engineers with 4-7 years of experience in the field of Procurement, Sales & Marketing.

Marketing (All India)

Diploma Engineers/BE with 3-5 years experience in Tractor Sales & Service
