GM - Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 5 years work experience in the Auto Industry preferably with TPM exposure
• Responsibility will be to independently & effectively manage his/her department/ plant as a profit center
• Customer Satisfaction, Internal shop floor improvements & Value creation shall be the KRA's

Senior Engineer - Engineer - Associates

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience in the Auto Industry preferably with TPM exposure
• Responsible for good shop floor practices
• Impart Skill up-gradation training to Operators
• Implement the Model Line concept in his/her area
• Interaction with Customer on production/supply issues

Quality Control/ Quality Assurance/ Quality Systems

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 3 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Exposure to TQM is preferred. Must have knowledge on 7 QC tools, Problem solving, adherence to ISO-TS standards

Senior Engineer - Engineer

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Maintenance of strict quality standards in production/ process.
• Well versed in ISO-TS norms.

Production Engineering/ Process Engineering

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 3 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Include setting up PE function in the plant covering manufacturing process. Ensure timely equipment installation & trials besides development & modification of Jigs & Fixtures.

Senior Engineer - Engineer

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Ensure proper working of Electrical & Electronics equipments
• Should implement system like Motion loss study for optimising work balancing.

Product Design

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 3 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Well versed in CATIA/ UG/ Autocad, co-ordinate between Tool developing department & production department

Senior Engineer - Engineer

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 2 years work experience in the Auto Industry.
• Should independently handle new design jobs, modification

Materials

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• Graduate with Materials Management background with minimum 3 years experience in the Auto Industry.
• Conversant with current information for sourcing, with high degree of analytical assessment capability in Vendor selection, hard core price negotiation skills and can Implement the concept of Milk Run/ Kanban.

Senior Officer - Officer

• Graduate with Materials Management background with minimum 2 years experience in the Auto Industry.
• Define& ensure Inventory norms.
• Ensure strict adherence to Customers' delivery schedule.

Commercial/ Finance/ Cost/ Accounts

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance) etc. With minimum 3-5 years experience preferably in SAP environment.
• Responsible for Manufacturing Units Financial Accounting, Budgetary Control, Cost & Financial Analysis, Taxation & Cash flow management.
• Dealing with Statutory Authorities and Auditors.

Senior Officer - Officer

• Commerce Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 2 years experience preferably in SAP environment.
• Responsible for Manufacturing Units Financial Accounting, Payable & Receivable Management including Statutory compliance

Human Resource

Senior Manager - Manager - Assistant Manager

• MSW/ MBA graduate with minimum 3 years experience in the Auto Industry.
• Well versed in HR related functions. Should able to plan, develop & implement HR policies for better productivity & Industrial relation.

Senior Officer - Officer

• MSW/ MBA graduate with minimum 2 years experience in the Auto Industry.
• Organising & monitoring regular skill-enhancement training.
• Catalyst between employees & management for initiating & implementing various improvement activities.

General: Desirable age group for GM/ Dy. GM is 40-45 years, for Sr. Manager/ Manager/ Asst. Manager is 28-40 years, whereas for Sr. Engineer/ Sr. Officer/ Engineer/ Officer age is 23-26 years.
