Selected Candidates will be inducted initially on a service contract of 10 years in the Company's Security Group i.e. Reliance Group Security Service (RGSS) which provides security cover to all RIL Group Companies.

During this, apart from challenging security assignments they will have the opportunity to expose to both formal and informal education in multiple chosen areas like Administrative Services, Hospitality, Law, Logistics, HR, IR etc. Those who qualify will be inducted into these professional streams.
