We are at the threshold of lunching our business soon. We are looking for the following General Insurance Professionals to be part of our expanding team.
Chief Operating Officer: The incumbent is expected to Lead to Lead and organize the team from front. The position will be responsible for the organization's overall sales and marketing, Customer Services, and Operations. Must have demonstrated expceptatonal leadership with wide and good qualities in leading and guiding the team to achieve the desired results over a period of at least 10 years in the similar positions. Preferred age is 45-50 yrs.
Chief Marketing Officer: The position requires leading Marketing function for the Commercial & Retail Businesses for the country. Formulates marketing strategies in various channels, and develops sales forecast, budget and man power plants. Directs sales force to achieve sales target; Liaises closely with the marketing professional with 15-20 yrs experience in the service industry will be right fit for the position. Preferred age is between 45 & 50 yrs.
Chief Underwriter: Top underwriting position to handle all the risks from corporate to retail markets in General Insurance. The incumbent must be knowledgeable with all products, researches and is equipped with current underwriting market practices to challenge current extreme competitive market requirements and procedures, institutes new ideas, and effectively communicate with marketing and claims teams and emplys new practices and improvements aged between 45 to 50 yrs.
Head - Information Technology: Incumbent is required to assess company's IT needs based on user requirements for hardware and software applications. A Dynamic professional who understands the general insurance business and can lead the team to fulfill the expectations of the business from the I.T. Preferred age between 35-45 yrs with around 15 yrs experience.
Zonal Business Head: The incumbent is expected to lead commercial business for the zone. Position requires supervising a group of relationship managers and ensures sales targets for the zone. Works closely with the zonal team to develop the sales strategy for the zone. Candidates having strong marketing background with 12-15 yrs experience wil be preferred aged between 35 to 45 yrs.
Head H.R.: Responsible for the strategic planning of the human resources function. In charge of recruitment, training and development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities. Has ultimate accountability for the function and provides the highest level of advice and recommendations to the top management. A strong professional having around 20 yrs experience in General insurance, Banking or Service Industry & aged between 48-54 yrs. will be suitable.
Head Agency: The incumbent is required to develop channel (Agency/ Deale/ DSA network) for all classes of retail insurance business in terms of growth and quality of risk and performance of the portfolio held for the branch, to support ongoing relationship management and distribution network development. The position will be reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. A graduate with Marketing Management qualifications having 12-15 yrs experience in the agency business aged between 40-45 yrs. will be preferred.
Manager Marketing & Corporate Communications: Development/ implementation of corporate communication. Strategies spanning all products & stakeholders, budgeting in the realms of brand & promotional campaigns, managing internal & external communications, media relations and public relations. Post graduate, 10-12 years exp in corporate communications. A stint in journalism, media relations & writing preferably in the financial services sector desirable. Excellent communication & analytical skills desired. Proactive & a go-getter desirable
Claims Manager: This position is for the banc assurance business. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures for claims handling and proper servicing and settlement of all claims. Responsible for ensuring legal examinations are made when appropriate. Reviews major claims, possible major claims, or claims which require a higher level of authority. Preferred experience will be 12-25 yrs in the age group of 32-35 yrs.
Underwriter Properties/ Risk Engineer: This is a senor underwriting position for property and engineering line. The incumbent must have the knowledge of all products, researches and is well versed with current underwriting developments to challenge current procedures, institutes new ideas, and effectively employs new practices and improvements. An engineer aged between 35-40 yrs with 10-12 yrs experience in the similar position will be preferred.
Head Legal: Drafting & vetting of Legal Documents for Group business, Strategic Counseling on Legal, Contractual & Regulatory issues, Knowledge of IRDA, SEBI & Stock Exchange Regulations, Corporation Laws, FEMA, RBI rules guidelines related to General Insurance companies, litigation. A law graduate aged between 35-40 yrs with around 10 yrs experience. With the General Insurance Industry will be Ideal.
Assistant Manager Operations: the incumbent will be required to Coordinate the direct the daily operations of an Operations unit. He/ She will be required to assign work and determine workflow, to ensure daily proofs and reconciliations are performed, and that corporate accounting, control, and compliance policies are followed. 5-8 yrs experience aged between 28 & 32 yrs will be preferred.
Assistant Manager - Underwriting: Under direct supervision, reviews policy applications for completeness, accuracy, and acceptability. If necessary, contacts sales/ customer service to obtain additional required information. Sets appropriate premium rates. Preferred age 28-32 yrs having 5-8 yrs experience.
Manager Reinsurance: The incumbent will be required to assess the reinsurance requirements and prepare reinsurance program accordingly. Negotiations with the reinsurance companies. And analyzing the portfolio and taking the necessary steps. He will also be responsible for the reinsurance accounts settlements. The desired candidate must have between 8-12 yrs relevant experience and aged between 32-35 yrs.
Training Manager: Responsible for planning and managing the training and development function to support the Regional business strategic objectives and growth. Responsible for budgeting, planning and reviewing of the Training function staff level to determine the training requirements to raise the level of Staff competency Liaise with external training and educational institutions to source for appropriate training courses to deliver need based coaching to members of team Manpower. Assistant Manager Accounts: Entire gamut of Accounting should have knowledge of Accounting procedures & practices Finalization of balance sheet, banking sheet, banking formalities etc. Handling Accounting of purchase, expenses, bill processing & Accounts payable including TDS & E-TDS and any other taxes. Preferably a Chartered Accountant having 4-5 yrs experience in the service industry will be preferred.
Remuneration offered will not be a constraint for the right candidates and will be at par with the Industry. Age/ Experience relaxation may be considered in deserving cases.
