Dy. General Manager/ Sr. Managers/ Managers/ Asst. Managers (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Candidate should be a Graduate/ B.E./ B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in an organization of repute engaged in marine/ process instrumentation. The candidate should also be well versed with PLC and micro-controller based system. Knowledge of various sensors, data acquisition/ SCADA and control system is must.

Dy. General Manager/ Sr. Managers/ Managers/ Engineer (Engineering Services)
Candidate should be an MBA with engineering background with minimum 2 to 10 years of experience of working with an organization of repute. Exposure in project management and with experience of civil/ mechanical/ electrical activities at a port is must.

Manager/ Dy. Manager (CEO's Office)
Candidate should be an MBA with engineering background from reputed institute and minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in similar capacity. The candidate shall be assisting the CHIEF Executive Officer in the discharge of his functions. The other tasks include coordination of the activities of various departments, keeping track of project implementation, resolving issues relating to the project and other day to day activities.

Manager (Fire and Safety)
Candidate must have a Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma from a recognized fire-fighting training institute. Should have 5 to 7 years experience of similar working at a large infrastructural setup. Will be responsible to carry out safety checks and periodical checks for ensuring safety of the port. Shall ensure readiness of the port to handle emergencies at all times. Shall identify the training needs and organise regular training programes, drills, exercises, etc.

Sr. Officers/ Jr. Officers/ Officers/ Supervisors (Stevedoring)
Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with an experience of 1 to 5 years in cargo handling operations at the vessel side (Onboard stevedoring/ jetty operations), various materials handling systems, equipments and transportation. Knowledge of shipping and cargo handling documentations, procedures and computer operations will be preferred.

Engineers (Mechanical)
Candidate should be a B.E. Mechanical with minimum 5 years of experience or DME with 7 years of experience in maintenance of mobile harbour cranes, floating cranes, trans shippers, gantry cranes, heavy earth moving equipments and conveyer system. Exposure to hydraulic system and diesel generators will be an added advantage. The candidate shall be responsible for all onshore/ offshore maintenance activities like planning of routine preventive maintenance, monitoring the schedule, etc.

Engineers (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Candidate should be a B.E.- Electrical/ Electronics/ DEE with minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of mobile harbour cranes trans shippers, gantry cranes, heavy earth moving equipments and conveyer system. Exposure to hydraulic system and diesel generators will be an added advantage. The candidate shall be responsible for all onshore/ offshore maintenance activities like planning of routine preventive maintenance, monitoring the schedule, etc.

Fire & Safety Supervisors
Candidate should be at least 10 + 2 and hold a Diploma from a recognized Fire-Fighting training institute with a minimum 3 to 5 years experience of similar working at a large infrastructural setup. The candidate shall be responsible for maintenance and 24x7 availability of fire fighting systems, ensuring fire & safety procedures and quality systems, periodical fire rounds of the ort and record keeping etc.

Crane Operators
Candidate should at least be an ITI/ HSC with minimum 3 years of experience and expertise in operating floating cranes, mobile harbour cranes or gantry cranes. The candidate shall also assist in routine maintenance work such as cleaning and lubricating cranes. Knowledge of written and spoken English is a must.

Technicians (Mechanical)
Candidate should have exposure to maintenance to DG Sets, cranes, hydraulic systems and pumps. Specific experience in maintenance of floating cranes, harbour cranes, level luffing cranes or gantry cranes shall be an added advantage.

Technicians (Electrical)
Candidate should have exposure to maintenance of general electrical system related to cranes and have an understanding of electrical and electronics control logic. Exposure to PLC and drive systems shall be an added advantage.

Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics & Communication with minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in Ports/ Material Handling (Projects or Maintenance).

Engineer (Civil)
Candidate should be a B.E or hold a Diploma in Civil with minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in Ports/ Material Handling Projects/ Construction. Experience with a reputed infrastructure company would be an added advantage.

Marine Department

Dy. General Manager/ Sr. Manager (Pilots)
Candidate should be a Master Mariner (Foreign Going) licence holder with an open tonnage pilot's licence from a major port trust in India, with a minimum 1 year experience. The candidate shall assist vessels calling at Krishnapatnam Port in berthing-deberthing-shifting-anchoring manoeuvres. Shall represent Krishnapatnam Port in ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port.

Manager (Trainee Pilots)
Candidate should have a valid Master (FG) licence and must have a minimum 3 years sailing experience in the rank of Chief Officer. Experience of Command shall be preferred. The candidate will undergo the pilot's training programme for subsequent licencing leading to become an open tonnage Pilot at Krishnapatnam Port. Shall assist vessels calling at Krishnapatnam Port in berthing-deberthing-shifting-anchoring manoeuvres. Shall represent Krishnapatnam Port in ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port.

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Marine Engineers)
Candidate should have a minimum 2 years sailing experience in the rank of Second Engineer. Shore experience or experience in the rank of Chief Engineer shall be preferred. Should have a valid ME CL 1 or CL2 licence. Shall carry out the technical management of various flotilla, dredgers etc at Krishnapatnam Port, which shall include planning and implementing the planned maintenance schedules, preparing and arranging for classification and statutory surveys, identification and procurement of technical stores, spares and ensuring regular supply of bunkers to the port crafts at Krishnapatnam Port.

Deputy Manager/ Manager (Marine)
Candidate should be an MBA/ B.E. (Electronics/ electrical) or second holding Second Mate (FG) licence with a minimum 7 years experience of working in a reputed port or similar experience at sea. The candidate shall be responsible for organizing day to day marine activities, undertaking trainings, drills and exercises etc; upkeep of marine infrastructure and resources; planning and adhering to various maintenance schedules; upkeep of quality systems and maintaining Time Office and record keeping etc.

Manager/ Asst. Manager (Dredge Masters)
Candidate should have a valid Dredge Master Grade 1 or Grade 2 and must have a minimum 2 years sailing experience in the rank of Chief Officer/ Dredge Master. Experience of Command shall be preferred. Shall assist in planning the Capital & Maintenance dredging requirements, day to day deployment, performance analysis of Trailor Suction Hopper Dredgers & Cutter Suction Dredgers at Krishnapatnam Port. Shall be responsible to carry out the technical management of dredgers at Krishnapatnam Port, which shall include planning and implementing the planned maintenance schedules, preparing and arranging for classification and statutory surveys, identification and procurement of technical stores, spares. Shall represent Krishnapatnam Port in ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port.

Marine Supervisors
Candidate should be at least 10 + 2 with a minimum 5 to 7 years of experience of working in a reputed port in anchoring, mooring, unmooring and supervision of loading operations on vessels as Boatswain, Able Seaman or Ordinary Seaman. The candidate shall be responsible for supervising marine activities, leading and training of mooring crew; upkeep of marine infrastructure; ensuring safety procedures and quality systems, record keeping etc. The candidate should possess excellent seamanship skills in responding to emergencies, warehouse management.

Radio Officers
Candidate should have a valid Radio Officer RTG/ GMDSS licence. Should preferably have a minimum 1 year of experience working at a port control room of an Indian port. Shall be responsible to man the port control room and organise the shipping movements at Krishnapatnam Port. Shall be responsible to carry out safety checks and periodical checks of ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port. Freshers may also be considered.

Officer (Marine Fitters)
Candidate must be 10+2 should have welding Licence from a classification society. A diploma in Mechanical Engineering shall be preferred. Should preferably have a minimum 5 years of experience of sailing on board vessels, in which at least 3 years should be in rank of fitter/ machinist. Shall be responsible to supervise and carry out the technical works related to machinery and structures of dredgers, tugs, other craft of Krishnapatnam Port on routine as well as urgent basis. Shall have to carry out safety checks and periodical checks for ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port.

Boatswains/ Skipper Supervisor
Candidate should be 10+2. Should preferably have a minimum 2 year of experience of sailing in the rank of Able Seaman. Experience in the rank of Boatswain shall be preferred. Shall be responsible to supervise the anchor handling, pipeline laying and other associated marine works. Shall handle the port crafts from time to time and maintain speed boats/ yachts

Assistants (Marine/ Dredging Department)
Candidate should be a Commerce/ Science Graduate from a recognized institute. Should preferably have a minimum 2 year of experience of working at a port/ shipping related organization/ C&F Agency. Shall assist in various administrative function of marine/ dredging department. Shall have to carry out safety checks and periodical checks for ensuring compliance of statutory rules and regulations for the vessels calling at the port. Freshers may also be considered.

Sailing Staff for Dredgers
Candidate should have a minimum 1 year rank experience of working on board vessels preferably on the dredgers. Shall work on board the dredgers owned by Krishnapatnam Port Company ltd and working at Krishnapatnam Port.

Tube Operators - with experience on dredgers

Dredge Master - Grade / Dredge Mate - Grade 1

Chief Officer (NCV)/ NWKO

Chief Engineer - ME CL1/ Second Engineer - ME CL2/ Third Engineer - ME CL4/ Fourth Engineer - ME CL4

Electrical Officer - with experience on dredgers

Fitter/ Pumpman/ Seaman/ Helmsman/ Oilman/ Ordinary Seaman

Chief Cook/ General Steward

All above should hold valid Indian CDC, passports, certificate of Competencies, wherever applicable and STCW95 certificates

Marketing/ Customer Service

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Customs' Documentation)
Candidate should be a Graduate with a minimum 5 years of experience in handling documentation work. The candidate shall be responsible to execute the import and export documentation; manifest, prepare and submit the documents and coordinate with the sales, customer service, finance, operations and principles.

Manager/ Asst. Manager (Marketing)
Candidate should be an MBA/ PGDBM with engineering background with a minimum 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably in a Port/ Shipping Industry.

Manager/ Officer (Customer Service)
Candidate should have a minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the ports/ terminal business or have manufacturing/ logistics background. The candidate shall be responsible in providing compete & accurate reports to the management as and when needed, interact with customers for business prospects, plan port projects and take care of ongoing businesses & business information. He shall also be responsible to facilitate cargo/ shipment information, share with customers, take care of port presentation & undertake business promotion activities along with facilitating customers, invoices and payment thereof.

Railway Department

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Maintenance)
Candidate should be a Civil Engineer with a minimum 10 years of related experience shall be Incharge of Maintenance of Tracks, S&T and OHE.

Asst. Manager (Track)
Candidate should be a Civil Engineer with a minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience. Shall lead a team responsible for Track Maintenance.

Asst. Manager (S&T and OHE)
Candidate should be an Electrical Engineer with a minimum 5 to 7 years of related experience. Shall lead a team responsible for S&T and OHE.

Manager/ Asst. Manager (Rail Operations)
Candidate should be a Graduate with a minimum 10 years of related experience. Shall be Incharge of Rail Operations.

Yard Officer/ Junior Officer - Commercial & Logistics (Railway Services)
Candidate should be a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in railway services/ transport/ logistic department. A Diploma in Railway Transport and Management shall be an added advantage. The candidate shall be responsible for railway operations/ dispatches/ logistics, indenting of railway wagons and payment of railway freight to goods office, collection and dispatch of freight certificates and railway receipts, filling demurrage appeal for final settlements to the railways and passing information about expected incoming rakes to various departments.

Manager (Locomotive)
Candidate should be a Mechanical Engineer with a minimum 15 years of related experience and should have worked on WDS6 loco. He shall be in charge of maintenance of locomotive.

IT Department

Lead Developers (AM level in Software Development)
Candidate should be MCA/ B.E./ M.Sc (Computer Science) with minimum 5 to 6 years of development experience in Visual Studio-2005, ASP, and ASP.net with Oracle Database. The candidate shall lead the development and designing in the IT department on Microsoft technologies like web services, IIS, C#, XML, ADO.Net, HTML-ASP.net-VB.net and Oracle 10g as the core database with N-Architecture on Windows 2003 with IIS.

Sr. Developer (IT)
Candidate should be MCA/ B.E./M.Sc. (Computer Science) with minimum 3 to 4 years of development experience in Visual Studio-2005, ASP, and ASP.net with Oracle Database. The candidate shall lead the development and designing in IT department on Microsoft technologies like web services, IIS, C#, XML, ADO.Net, HTML-ASP.net-VB.net and Oracle 10g as the core database with N-Architecture on Windows 2003 with IIS.

Programmer Officer
Candidate should be either MCA/ B.E. (IT) or hold a post Graduate Diploma from a reputed institute. Should have a minimum 3 years experience of working on dredging/ civil projects. Shall be associated with the Marine/ Dredging function. Shall have to program and work upon various hydrography related software such as Hypack, Terramodel, AutoCAD etc.

Database Administrator (DBA)
Candidate must be an MCA/ B.E./M.Sc. (Computer Science) with minimum 3 to 4 years of experience on Oracle Database Administration. The candidate shall be responsible for installation and configuration of Oracle Database 10g, Patching User Creation, Database Management, Troubleshooting, Backup and recovery of Oracle database 10g and performance tuning. Basic knowledge on AIX Unix is must.

Administration/ HR/ Accounts/ Commercial/ Security/ Medical

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Accounts/ Invoicing & Billing/ Internal Audit)
Candidate should be a B.com/ M.Com with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as freight forwarder on CHA handling agent. Experience in a trading house is preferred. The candidate shall be responsible for sales invoicing, purchase & services bill verification. CA/ICWA will be a trading house is preferred. The candidate shall be responsible for sales invoicing, purchase & services bill verification. CA/ICWA will be preferred.

Sr. Manager/ Manager (Commercial)
Candidate should be a graduate with MBA (Finance) or equivalent with a minimum experience of 5 to 12 years. Job responsibilities include Contract Management, Project Co-ordination, Preparation of Budget, Controlling of Cash Flow, Cost Analysis, Procurement Management inventory Management/ Store Management, preparation of MIS etc.

Accounts Officer (Accounts/ Invoicing & Billing/ Internal Audit)
Candidate should be a B.Com/ M.Com with minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as freight forwarder or CHA handling agent. Experience in a trading house is preferred. The candidate shall be responsible for sales invoicing, purchase & services bill verification. CA/ ICWA will be preferred.

Assistant Manager/ Sr. Officer/ Junior Officer/ Officer/ Assistants (Administration)
Candidate should be a B. com with minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in the administrative department of an organization of repute and well versed with routine administrative functions such as colony administration, routine maintenance of light, drainage, furniture & fixtures, hiring vehicles, making agreements/ contracts, guesthouse management, billing of infrastructure leasing, hiring accommodation, purchase of assets, railway & air ticket booking etc. Excellent negotiation, coordination and job execution skills are a must.

Manager/ Asst. Manager (Human Resources)
Candidate should be a Graduate and a retired Army personnel, not bellow the rank of captain with a maximum 3 to 7 years of experience in managing security operations. Should have through knowledge of security procedures in large set-ups/ PSUs of repute having a strength of 100-200 security guards.

Doctor
Candidate should be an MBBS/ MD with a minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial health, preferably with a large industrial organization/ PSU. Should have certificate in Industrial Health (CIH). Knowledge of Telugu is a must.

For the above positions basic computer skills and knowledge of English & Hindi is a must. Working knowledge of Telugu is desirable. Salary shall commensurate with experience and would be according to the industry standards.
