Community Water Supply Division (CWSD), One of the key SBU of DVWS focusing on municipal / government sector business provides innovative solutions to one of the most acute crisis: the lack of safe, clean, and affordable Drinking Water and Wastewater solutions & reuse. DVWS is dedicated to extending its reach and capabilities to provide clean drinking water solutions and make positive lasting difference in the lives of people - both urban and rural by integrated water resource management techniques.

Community Water Supply Division partners with local government, water boards, Municipal corporation & development committees to set up Drinking Water, Sewage and Effluent treatment plants and reuse projects on EPC basis.

VP/GM - Sales & Marketing
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to identify & maximum business opportunities, provide support & assist in the achievement of new business and sales target for the centre and field operations, develop sales and marketing strategies, ensure promotion, management and delivery of products and services ensure continued success and profitability. The incumbent is also expected to devise product strategies, market and implement them to achieve targets, ensure successful sales process in line with regional requirements, provide competitor analysis information in order to improve sales and development of products and services, ensure management of appropriate bids centrally and manage project and product life cycles.

Qualification: BE/M tech (Civil, Environment, Chemical) + MBA with 15 to 17 years of experience.

VP/GM-Projects Execution
Job Profile: The incumbent will be responsible for the project cost estimation and feasibility report preparation, planning, scheduling, execution of projects, coordination with clients / consultants, contractors, other departments within the organization, monitoring the project activities and taking corrective measures. The candidate is also expected to do periodic billing as per contract, maintain cash flow, overlook inventory control and material management, detailing & sizing calculation for plant modification and new project, supervise fabrication & erection of structure and equipments.

Qualification: BE/MTech (Civil, Environment, Chemical) with more than 15 years of experience.

DGM-Proposals & Tendering (From Environ/Civil/Mechanical/Electrical & Inst./Process field)
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to lead team of managers and guide them in understanding the tendering process, design, cost & estimation, tender evaluation, understanding the value and guiding the team in preparation of the proposal and timely submission of the same. Incumbent is expected to guide the team in interaction with the client to get the necessary details, enable team to make systematic costing data for the equipments & check minutely before submission, negotiable with the vendors for the getting best prices, the candidate is also expected to put in continuous efforts in technical advancement and providing the most advanced and most effective scheme to the customers satisfaction certificate, minimize repeat work by data management and train and develop the juniors for the effective output

Qualification: BE/MTech (Civil, Environment, Chemical) with 12 to 15 years of experience.

GM - Contract
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to be well versed with the contractual terms such as FIDC, UNCITRAL, INCOTERMS 2000 etc, be aware of the Indian Arbitration Act, should possess knowledge of codes and standards of the contracts their operating procedures, good practices etc. The candidate is also expected to follow up with the clients to meet the deadlines of the contract and would be responsible for extra claim settlements, sight closure issues and techno-commercials issues.

Qualification: Graduation + LLB having 10 to 12 yeas of experience.

GM - Project Planning
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to selected appropriate techniques and sequence of events for a particular project, present schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts & procedure diagrams, monitor progress throughout the construction process and compare this with the projected schedule of work, liaison with the site agent and surveyor throughout the process, make adjustments in projects as necessary. The candidate is also expected to prepare MIS and forecast & achieve deliverables, budget, collection & growth targets

Qualification: BE/M tech (Civil, Environment, Chemical) wit 15 to 17 years of experience.

AGM - Commercial
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to play vital role in vetting of the contract, cash in flow planning, assisting in preparation of RA bills & ensure timely realization of payment. Incumbent is also expected to review inventory reduction in the region and site, obtain BG value reduction and find out extra claims and put up the claims.

Qualification: Commerce Graduates + LLB, Or CA, Inter CA having 10 to 12 years of experience.

GM - Technology
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to prepare the concept, suggest the technology that is best suitable after analyzing the know how of all the available water treatment technologies & is to expected to help the proposal department by preparing the concept note, suggesting the ideal designs.

Qualification: Post Graduation or Doctorate in Environment Technology or Chemical Engineering with 15 to 17 years of experience.

Sr. Engineering-Proposals/ Project Planning/ Project Execution - Site
Job Profile: The candidate is expected to play vital role in key documents checking / study / approvals with respect to the job, do correspondence with customers/ consultant / suppliers/ colleagues, take key procurement decisions, technical comparisons, negotiating, etc. The candidate is get approval for purchases for project under the divisions and undertake cost monitoring for each job on weekly basis, do technical review of each job on monthly basis etc.

Qualification: BE/M tech (Civil, Environment, Chemical) with 2 to 5 years of experience.

To address solutions for municipal sector, CWSD invites professionals preferably having experience in EPC / BOOT / BOO projects for all the positions. The right candidate may be offered best package as per industrial norms and better working environment.
