B.Tech., MBA with at least 17-20 years of relevant experience in similar industry. a keen planner, strategist, implementer with expertise in establishing & managing entire marketing operations with key focus on top line & bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of resources. The position reports to CEO.

Vice President - Logistics
Should be First Class Engineering Graduate with Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics Management having experience of about 15 to 18 years including independent handling of Logistics functions. Should have excellent liaisoning & co-ordination skills. The position reports to - Director & CEO.

General Manager / Dy. General Manager - Mechanical
BE (Mechanical) with at least 10-15 years of relevant experience in similar industry. Should have worked on Projects erection & Commissioning of cement manufacturing plant. The position reports to Associate Vice President - Projects.

Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager / Manager - Production, Process & Project
Should be First Class Chemical Engineer having 10 to 15 years of hands on experience in cement plant of not less than 1 MTPA. Should be well conversant with Production & Process activities. Knowledge of Telugu desirable. The position reports to Associate Vice President - Projects.

Officer - Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
Post Graduate in Rural Management/ Social Work with 4-6 years of experience in CSR activities. Knowledge of Telugu language desirable. The position reports to Vice President - HR & CSR.

Manager - Stores
B.E. / B.Com. with 8-10 years of experience in handling stores management functions independently with a manufacturing industry. Should have worked in Oracle Environment. The position reports to Associate Vice President - Commercial.

Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager - Electrical
B.E. / B.Tech. - Electrical with 5-10 years of experience in a large manufacturing unit. Should have worked in Electrical Maintenance with an experience in Erection and Commissioning at Project Level. The position reports to Dy. General Manager - Electrical.

Manager / Dy. Manager - Human Resource
MBA in HR, PM IR with at least 8-10 years of experience in HR Generalist profile. Should be able to independently handle the HR and Administration function of the plant. Proficiency in Telugu language. The position reports to Vice President - HR & CSR.

Asst. Manager / Jr. Manager - Safety
B.Sc. / Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Safety Management with at least 3-5 years of experience in Safety Department of similar industry. Should be familiar with HSE legislation as per ISO - 14001 and OHSAS - 18001 guidelines and specialized skills in SWP (Safe Work Procedure). The position reports to Project Head.
