Accessory Development - Code: MID001
Manager / Assistant Manager / Officer - Exp: 2-15 years.
Key responsibilities: Automobile accessories development, forecasting, procurement and sales monitoring. Preferred: Experience in OEM ACCY Dept. Familiarity with product development and enhancing product range, good negotiating skills.
Accessory Marketing - Code: MID002
Manager / Assistant Manager - Exp: 3-15 years.
Key responsibilities: Accessory sales promotional activities and planning of branding and marketing activities. Preferred: Hands-on experience in Accessory Marketing functions, market research and survey to understand genuine accessory market share.
Parts Marketing - Strategy & Dealer Training - Code: MID003
Assistant Manager / Senior Engineer - Exp: 2-6 years.
Key responsibilities: Sales forecasting, planning and sales monitoring, dealer business assessment and dealership profitability model, dealer operation like customer retention activities, dealer parts manager and principal training program.
Parts Marketing - Market Survey - Code: MID004
Sr. Engineer - Exp: 3-6 Yrs.
Key responsibilities: Loyalty programs / Promotion Schemes, Market survey, Survelliance Program, Grey Market assessment, Legal action against counterfeit.
Export Sales - Code: MID005
Senior Officer / Officer - Exp: 2-4 years.
Key responsibilities: Familiar with export transaction and terminologies, able to handle customer related transactions, good communication skills for dealing with exports parts distributors.

Sales - Code: MIG 001
Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager - Exp: 3-12 years.
Key responsibilities: Market and data analysis, dealers parts improvement parameter evaluation, sales skills to deal with dealer owner, good communication skill, computer proficiency is a must. Frequent traveling should not be a constraint.
Logistics - Code MIC001
Manager - Exp: 12-16 years.
Key responsibilities: National level auto parts experience in warehousing, logistic, packaging. Should have proven managerial experience.
Inventory - SCM Innovation - Code: MIC002
Assistant Manager / Senior Officer / Officer - Exp: 2-6 years.
Key responsibilities: Inventory and supply chain management, analytical skills to study demand and supply pattern, proposing optimum stock method, with adequate skills on inventory management.
Pricing - Code: MIC003
Assistant Manager / Senior Officer - Exp: 2-6 years.
Key responsibilities: Very good analytical skills in dealer profit analysis, fixing / proposing appropriate pricing strategy, price survey, studying market conditions and deriving suitable proposal for business growth.
General Administration - Code: MIC004
Assistant Manager - Exp: 3-6 years. Experience in HR & GA coordination activities in manufacturing / automotive industry with good knowledge in MS Office.
Systems -User Support - Code: MIC005
Officer - Exp: 1-3 years.
Key responsibilities: System Analyst and System Development. Should be able to analyze the user requirement and recommend right solution.
System - Maintenance and Upgrade - Code: MIC005
Officer - Exp: 3 years.
Key responsibilities: Programming skill in COBOL, RPG, SQL, Java. Should be able to design & develop user friendly system. Qualification: MCA/ B.E.
