National Drilling Company (NDC) is the first venture among Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) Group of Companies commissioned to undertake the Oil drilling operations in both onshore and offshore locations since 1972. Rig Manager (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: B.Science in Engineering, 15 years experience, jack-up systems, Valid IWCF

Asst. Rig Manager (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: B.Science. in Engineering, 15 years experience, jack-up systems, Valid IWCF

Barge Captain/ Engineer
Minimum Requirements: B.Sci. in Mechanical or Marine Engineering, 8 years experience, jack-up barge

Driller (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sci./Diploma in Engineering, 8 years experience, jack-up systems, Valid IWCF

Assistant Driller
Minimum Requirements: B.Sci./Diploma in Engineering, 6 years experience, Valid IWCF

Rig Mechanic (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sci./Diploma in Engineering, 8 years experience in mechanical maintenance of engines and equipment

Assistant Mechanic (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or 12 years education, 6 years experience in mechanical maintenance of engines and equipment.

Rig Electrician (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sci./Diploma in Engineering, 8 years experience in electrical maintenance of engines and equipment

Assistant Electrician (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or 12 years education, 6 years experience in electrical maintenance of engines and equipment.

Derrick man (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma, aging 24 to 35 years old

Floor Man (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma, aging 24 to 35 years old

Crane Operator (Offshore)
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma, aging 24 to 35 years old. Possesses a Seaman's identity document and a license for the operations of hydraulic pedestal

Field Supervisor/ Base Supervisor
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc/ diploma in Engineering, good knowledge of multi discipline oil field services, mud services, cementing, stimulation, nitrogen, coil tubing, rigless operations, down hole & fishing tools, wire line and electric logging, updated on all relevant international Standards and updated technology.

Wireline Operator
Minimum Requirements: Diploma or 12 years education, mud services, cementing, stimulation, nitrogen, coil rubbing, rigless operations, down hole & fishing tools, wireline and electric logging.

Directional Driller
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc/Diploma in Engineering, 6 to 10 years experience in oilfield services in the capacity of directional driller and other well site responsibilities.

Field Engineer
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc/Diploma in Engineering, mud services, cement in, stimulation, nitrogen, coil tubing, rigless operations, down hole & fishing tools, wireline and electric logging.

Senior Operator (Logging)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc/diploma in Engineering, minimum 5 years experience in operation of running down and up the WL logging tools, draw work, preparing logging strings.

Operator (Logging)
Minimum Requirements: Diploma in Engineering, minimum 3 years experience in operation of running down and up the WL logging tools, draw work, preparing logging strings.

Senior Rig Equipment Engineer
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering, Good knowledge of various brands of the Rig and Drilling Equipment, Sizing of the Rig and Drilling Technology.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (Projects)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, responsible for providing scope of work from mechanical point of view-regarding to EPC, RIAP Rigs, Upgrades, new rigs in addition to new equipment.

Senior Electrical Engineer (Projects)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, responsible for providing scope of work from mechanical point of view-regarding to EPC, RIAP Rigs, Upgrades, new rigs in addition to new equipment.

Mechanical Engineer (Projects)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, Provides technical advices and support to onshore and offshore rig maintenance personnel. Assists and coordinates the support of maintenance budgeting, control and scheduling activities.

Electrical Engineer (Projects)
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Provides technical advices and support to onshore and offshore rig maintenance personnel. Assists and coordinates the support of maintenance budgeting, control and scheduling activities.

Projects Coordinator
Minimum Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering with 10 years in drilling industry out of which 5 years field work experience and 3 years experience in handling of major projects with good knowledge of rig equipment, drilling technology and computer skills.
