Head - Mining (Location: Delhi) [Job Code: HM]
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be Mining Engineering Graduate from Institute of repute - ISM /IIT with 30 years experience of mining business both from a strategic, technical and operating perspective of coal & iron ore mines. The role entails: Development of National Ming business, mining acquiring Managing entire operations with key focus on profitability & optimal utilization of resources In depth analysis of probable business opportunity for mining. Executing various green-field & brown-field mining projects for extraction of coal / iron ore Selection and provision of machines, facilities and systems for mining. Liaison works with various ministers in India Managing clearances through government authorities. Devising plans and directing various engineering aspects of extracting mineral resources from earth involving preparation of initial plans for type, size, location and construction of mines; washing and beneficiation of coal/Iron ore.
Head - Public Affairs (Location: Delhi) [Job Code: PAD]
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be MBA with 25 years of Public Affairs experience in leading Indian firm in heavily regulated industries The role entails: Drafting Public Affairs policy for the group, and ensuring adherence. Liaise with government ministries, facilitating MoUs and obtaining approvals. Overseeing all land-acquisition related activities and all statutory clearances at state and center level Building the desired organization with best-in-class processes and capabilities.
Head - Public Affairs (Location: Ranchi, Raigarh) [Job Code: PAR]
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be MBA with 22 years of Public Affairs experience in leading Indian firm in heavily regulated industries. The role entails: Liaise with state government ministries, facilitating MoUs and obtaining approvals. Conduct all land-acquisition related activities & statutory clearances at state government level. Act as custodian of environmental license (state government) Obtain clearances required for forest land. Coordinate with plant liaisons for local tasks.
Head - Corporate Social Responsibility (Location: Raigarh, Angul, Dumka) [Job Code: CSR]
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be MBA/MSW with 25 years of CSR experience in leading multi-business firm in heavily regulated industries. The role entails: Developing CSR strategy across priority areas (Education, Medicine, Infrastructure etc.) and ensuring implementation of best practices. Ensuring community development and roll-out of specific initiatives with maximum coverage & impact. Liaise with community to understand and address their critical concerns. Monitoring progress of CSR initiatives as per plan. Manage image and maintain visible profile of JSPL's CSR activities.
Head - Health & Safety (Location; Raigarh) [Job Code: HS]
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be Engineering Graduate and Post Graduate in safety & occupational health with 25 years experience in Managing Health & Safety in leading manufacturing company. The role entails: Developing H&S policies and initiatives in line with national & state regulations on H&S. Supporting implementation of policies in projects/ plants and ensuring adherence. Compiling and sharing best H&S practices from across the organization and industry. Responding to crisis as and when they arise and ensuring speed of response and minimization of damage. Ensuring quick investigation after each incident to determine case and suggest steps to prevent recurrence.
