VP/ GM (Projects): B.E. (Civil) with 15 yrs. and above experience in independently managing and executing Real Estate Projects. Specialization in developing large townships, commercial complexes and group housing will be an added advantage.

Structural Engineer: M.Tech / M.E. in Structural Engineering with 2-3 yrs. of experience in designing of multi storey high rise building.

GM/ DGM (Electricals): Degree/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 yrs. experience. The candidate should have through knowledge of project planning execution and maintenance, preferably in group housing projects.

GM Marketing: MBA/ PGDBM/ Graduate having minimum 5 yrs. experience in marketing commercial properties. (Both leasing & Selling).

GM (Security): Ex-serviceman with 3-5 yrs. experience in security of site office etc.

GM (Admin): PG/ Graduate with 8-10 yrs. experience in related fields/ ex-serviceman /person from Govt. undertaking employees shall be preferred.

DGM /Sr. Manager HR: M.B.A. / PGDM in HR with 8-10 yrs. experience in infrastructure/ real estate or related industry.

DGM (Liasioning): Post Graduate/ Graduate with 5-10 yrs. experience in Liasioning with concerned authorities for Real Estate Company.

Project Manager/ Asst. Project Manager: B.E. (Civil) with 8-10 yrs. experience in group housing projects.

Sr. Architect/ Architect: B.Arch /M.Arch having at least 3-5 yrs. work experience. must have worked with company associated with construction/ planning of multi storied building and have the experience of co-ordination with different consultants and sites.

Sr. Draftsman/ Draft Man: Diploma (Architecture) having 3-5 yrs. experience in drafting working drawing in auto cad, 3D, Other drafting software.

Supervisor (Civil): Supervisor (Civil) experience of 2-5 yrs. in structure/ finishing work in housing projects.

Supervisor Electrical: ITI / Diploma with 2-5 yrs. experience.

PA/ Secretary to MD: Post Graduate/ Diploma in Secretarial Practice course with 3-5 yrs. experience.
