ο‚· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet

ο‚· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships .
ο‚· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling .
ο‚· Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize
Satisfaction .
ο‚· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule .
ο‚· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments .
ο‚· Track sales and status reports .
ο‚· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as
Daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses .
ο‚· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends .
ο‚· Continuously improve through feedback .

ο‚· Proven work experience as a sales representative .
ο‚· Excellent knowledge of MS Office .
