| Answer: There are certain distance programmes which offer BTech/BE courses but with some relevant experience. They are: Acharya Nagarjuna University of Distance Education, Andhra Pradesh
Allahabad Agricultural Institute Deemed Univ Distance education
Jawaharlal Nehru Technlogical institute, Hyderabad but the admission is through an entrance.
Other than that, you may look at doing AMIE (http://www.amieindia.net/) or IETE (http://www.iete.org/) course which is a degree course in Engineering. Hope that will help you.
