| Question: Sir, I have passed my class X and XII exam with 60% and joined my engineering on 1999, but due to some problem I took 8 and half long years to complete my graduation which will comple this May, 2008. Now I am going for a PGDIT course in IIT, KGP. After getting the chance to study there will my year drops affect during my campus interview in IIT? As u know that IIT is a reputated Institute. plss suggest me an answer. |

| Answer: I am sure you must have had a genuine reason for the gaps in your studies but the fact that you would be pursuing your PGDIT from IIT KGP, is a good enough reason for you to give during your campus interviews and moreover, your performance would determine your future success. Genuine problems never pose a problem in any given situation. Focus on your course and give it your best shot.
