Question: I have completed B.Tech and searching for jobs. But there are no jobs for the freshers. Please do u tell how i have to approach for jobs in software and hardware companies. for getting jobs did i want to do any courses. if there are any courses u tell me with out any hesitation . now I am searching for job.
Answer: You might keep doing courses but until you get your first break, you will be considered a fresher. Look into your preparation for facing interviews and how well you stand there. What are the reasons for you not getting hold of one, when there are so many walk-ins and career fairs, job portals? Try to reflect on your past performances in the interviews and try to rectify your drawbacks.
