Question: Dear Sir,

I am pursuing my Graduation IInd year from IGNOU.

I Want to do a diploma course in advertising through correspondence from Delhi as I am working also.

Please suggest some institutes from where I can do the same.

Answer: Advertising is a powerful tool for communication and promotion of any product or service. A full time regular course is what one should look for rather than a correspondence course which would not give you the desired training in this field. The premier institutes are IIMC;Jamia Millia;MICA etc. Still if you insist on doing a correspondence course you could contact
  • School of Vocational Studies, South Ex, New Delhi which offers a 6 months Diploma in Advertising and Public relations.
  • Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, KG Marg also conducts 1 yr diploma through evening classes as well for working professionals.
