Roles and Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune management, troubleshooting and configuration

Proficient with usage of tools like Endpoint manager, MDM and MAM

Experience in managing 500+ sccm/Intune endpoints

Proficient in antivirus client side troubleshooting , deployment and monitoring

Expertise in solving malware , ransomware , virus attacks in medium to big environments

Windows desktop OS level proficiency and experience in Windows firewall/defender

Knowledge about registry, local security policy , active directory is required

Knowledge about the security infrastructure and audits will be an added advantage
