Technical Support Engineer

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Candidate should be able to do a basic troubleshooting of the system over the phone and rectify whether it is related to Software or Hardware.
  • Candidate will be resolving issues only relating to hardware and networking and will not be responsible in handling software related issues.
  • If Issue is not resolved over the phone, he should be willing to travel to the customer location to resolve the issue

Qualification: Any (12th, Graduate, Diploma) Certification: Any DELL Certification (Networking and Services) (Not Mandatory)

Functional Area: IT - Software

Experience: 2 - 4 years

Location: Chennai (Madras) (Tamil Nadu, India), Bengaluru (Bangalore) (Karnataka, India), Delhi (Delhi, India), NCR

Salary: Rs. 4 LPA
