On roll Job with the CTC from 2.50 LPA up to 5.25 LPA + Travel Allowance + Incentives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders in the location as per policy guidelines

- To meet the budgeted numbers of agency leaders' recruitment for the location

- Work closely with Agent's/Agency Leaders for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls

- Enable the Agency Leaders to build drive a strong advisor force

- To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALs newly recruited ALs.

- To plan/review/monitor performance of the team -ALs and advisors

- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism

- Need to hire handle a team of Agency leaders, Agents.

- Need to cross sell various life insurance products to the customers of through Agency leaders and advisors.

What You Must Have

* Any Graduate with prior at least 1 to 2 Years experience in sales experience can apply.

* Good communication skills.

* Must be ready to travel.
