Job Description

To provide support to the legal and business teams in legal eBilling process, Agreement review, Redlining and Negotiation in the process of execution of complex commercial contracts in accordance with the company playbook, procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provide Contract Management Solutions and maintain accurate data in the contracts repository.
Responsibilities
Assist legal/business teams in review of agreements such as Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, Work Orders, Non-Disclosure Agreements and other agreements on need basis.
Assignments related to the Contract Abstraction, Gap Analysis, Redlining and Mergers & Acquisitions review.
Maintaining the contract management system with accurate data and generating the reports & preparing the summary as required.
Coordinate with IT team in building, developing and maintaining the legal e-Billing platform and initiate necessary action based on the data.
Track accruals and coordinate with corporate accounting team as necessary.
Training internal teams to use the legal e-billing application and collecting feedback from the users to build a user friendly platform.
Managing all side letter provision inputs and updates in Salesforce
Assisting in managing and updating content and disclosures to the marketing disclosure matrix and the Confidentiality Agreements Log on SharePoint.
Performing other duties as needed.
Requirement
Should be able to communicate in a clear, concise and logical manner and be proficient in both written and spoken business English. Should have experience in client facing.
Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks
Expected to innovate and improve upon processes and techniques.
Should be well versed with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Knowledge in VB Coding or Macros will be an added advantage.
