Marketing Manager /Executive

Job Description:  We are looking for Marketing Executive for our client based in Vadodara, Gujarat, The Company is a Manufacturing Company of various types of Winding and Rewinding Machines. The candidates should have at least 5 years experience with following job profile.

Candidate Profile
β€’ Should have technical background ( Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/ Electronics)
β€’ Atleast 2 years of experience in Marketing. (Below two years of experience should not apply)
β€’ Experience in sales and marketing of industrial product
β€’ Ability to manage in exhibition as a exhibitor
β€’ Ability to perform emailer activity
β€’ Good communication and computer(e-mail, office and internet) skills.
β€’ Should have high convincing skills
β€’ Should be based in Vadodara
β€’ Self starter with good standard of written English
β€’ Confident in calling over the phone
β€’ Self responsible in attaining monthly as well as annual target
β€’ Ability to work independently and have ability to work in team
Job Description for MARKETING EXECUTIVE
β€’ Preparing marketing collaterals (proposals, quotes and follow up) (70% of the time would be performing marketing collaterals.
β€’ Maintaining customer data & relationship
β€’ Responsible for generating new customers & Business Development.
β€’ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels
β€’ Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
β€’ Understanding of customer requirements on technical front
β€’ Coordinating with customer for sales closures.
β€’ Preparing MIS reports for internal reviews.
β€’ Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results oriented
β€’ Interacting with the clients on a regular basis & providing redress to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation
β€’ Managing the sales operations for promoting products and accountable for achieving business goals and increasing sales growth.
Salary:
β€’ 15000/- to Rs. 25000/- per month
β€’ The other option would be salary plus incentive on the machines sold. In this case salary will be Rs. 15,000/-
β€’ Incentive on target achieved.
β€’ Either option would be depending on the candidate.
