Assist in providing functional support to XLCSSE in its role of managing and monitoring the provision of a broad range of intragroup services to intragroup clients.
Work in conjunction with the COO and Service Delivery Manager to ensure that appropriate service governance is in place and that XLCSSE operates in accordance with it
Organizing, scheduling diaries, drafting technical agendas, complex and detailed minutes and reports for the Executive Committees, Board, Audit Committee and Management meetings
Assisting with Board and Committee meetings, preparing papers for circulation in accordance with timelines
Preparing, tracking and following up on all actions arising from meetings
Assist the COO and Service Delivery Manager in managing and monitoring third party (both intragroup and external) service delivery in accordance with agreed services levels and key performance indicators
Provision of day-to-day support around all aspects of service delivery primarily supporting the Service Delivery Manager
Contribute to the development of best-in-class reporting to carrier boards in respect of branch oversight, service quality, issue resolution and process enhancement
Support KYC governance and maintain the Risk Register in line with required deadlines
Work with Compliance and other functions, as appropriate, to meet regulatory requirements of XLCSSE
Building and maintaining relationships with senior management of XLCSSE and various other functions/ roles that support the XLCSSE team
Learning all aspects of the (re)insurance business in order to help continually improve service delivery
Developing an awareness of insurance industry best practice in terms of service delivery
Helping to build a strong, unified, cohesive team within the COO Office

We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Preferably at least five years experience operating within a regulated function of an insurer/ reinsurer.
A basic understanding of regulated legal entities within the Insurance industry and requisite reporting needed to drive business insight and support decision making.
A very good understanding of the MS Office suite (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and working through MS Teams
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Ambitious individual, who is driven to succeed and grow within the company
Well-developed execution skills. Driven and able to take responsibility for actions
Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
