Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : 1 Exhibiting Lean-Agile leadership and helping team members embrace agile values, adopting and applying agile Principles, and implementing agile practices 2 Identify dysfunctions within the team and help resolve the same either by the team or by bringing it to the notification of leadership at the right time 3 Facilitates agile / team meetings, eg sprint kick-off, DSM, retrospective 4 Actively works with engineers and the Product Owner to negotiate and split work into smaller chunks
Technical Experience : 1 5-7 years work experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in at least two different companies or assignments 2 Knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, etc 3 Knowledge of software development practices and procedures 4 Scrum master certificate or similar exp 5 Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams 6 Expertise in enterprise Agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework
Professional Attributes : 1 Strong team facilitation skills 2 Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills 3 Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization 4 Ability to explain and defend a view point and persuade others to a defined position
Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
