  • Project Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a Deploy and manage Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements b Integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure Example: integrations with Privileged Access Management PAM solutions c Follow approved User Life Cycle Management methodologies, Provisioning processes, Reconciliation processes d Responsible for defining and maintaining Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring functions in IAG tool e Identify opportunities for automation

      • Technical Experience : a 8 years of industry experience in technical architecture, design, development, configuration, deployment and operation support of any Identity Management and Governance products, out of which 2-3 years experience on Saviynt is must b Subject-matter expertise in IAM and IAG topics, with experience in leading and driving discussions with the client c In-dept knowledge with User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation procedure and processes using IAG solutions

      • Professional Attributes : a An energetic, motivated and dynamic lead with very good verbal and written communication skills to connect with the client and other stake holders at various levels, understanding their requirements and providing them with viable solutions b Ability to take ownership and driving activities

      • Educational Qualification : Certifications in area of IAG tools, Microsoft AD or Azure certifications

    • Additional Information : Ready to support 24x7x365 in critical situations
