Roles and Responsibilities

  • Primary sales responsibility is to develop GT Market in their assigned territory
  • Responsible for appointment of Distributors for expansion of the market
  • Meeting the sales targets and to set the goals in assigned area
  • Understand and Serve the needs of the market
  • Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitors brand strategy
  • Rural distributers Appointment
  • Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
  • Developing the different sales strategies and setting the goals to achieve performance
  • Continuous monitoring of team performance through the Digital Apps
  • Provides proper MIS/ competitive activities to HO, by putting an effective system to capture the same from the market & the team
