Global transformation lead-S/4 Basis

One of the leading FMCG/CPG Company is hiring for S/4 Hana Basis

Responsibilities for this role include:
As part of Digital Core Transformation team, this role is accountable for the design and implementation of SAP Basis solutions for S4/Hana.

Direct responsibilities for this role include:

• Define and deliver best-in-class enterprise SAP Basis, security, and access management configurations
• Setup, Manage, Monitor S/4 Hana architectures (Execution, Operation, and Infrastructure) and define reporting hierarchies in conjunction with IT and business compliance teams
• Setup and manage disaster recovery modules
• Lead Design, Configuration, Documentation, Testing, and Delivery of SAP Technical Landscape including user administration, access control, with intelligent automation (Scope includes work among SAP and non-SAP Systems and Applications)
• Manage SAP systems maintenance schedule
• Design SAP Basis components and frameworks at an enterprise scale and standards, supporting SAP business processes

Responsible for solving complex business problems by creating IT solutions in consultation with business partners, architects and other stakeholders

Desired skills / expertise

• At least 7 years experience in SAP Basis or Middleware design and implementation solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and building automated SAP security architecture and frameworks
• Should be a subject matter expert on SAP Basis with an ability to identify and explain in non-technical language, smart security options to senior leadership
• Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure
• Adept in SAP business processes with prior experience in managing middleware technologies
• Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of S/4 HANA with SAP Cloud, and/or Embedded Analytics with Fiori, BW for HANA
• SAP Configuration experience with considerations for Enterprise Master Data structures, Sales Order Types, Item Categories, Listing & Exclusions would be preferred
• Participated in multiple full cycle global SAP implementations, with a focus on analytics led business transformation
• Experience in IT capabilities for other functional areas e.g. Supply Chain/ Logistics, Order-to-Cash, Procurement will be desirable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience – in End-user industry or IT consulting or Systems Integrators or with IT Product
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience working on SAP Basis / middleware at an enterprise scale
• A degree in Engineering from a premier institution or Chartered Accountancy.
• Post graduate diploma/ MBA with specialization in Finance and/or IT from a premier institution is preferred
