Purpose of the job

Alstom IST is ensuring for the Alstom businesses the build and support of a large portfolio of global business solutions in several functional areas.

The Finance Application P2P Specialist reports to the IST Finance Solutions Lead and is responsible to deploy INSPIRE (Basware P2P Invoicing Solution) and maintain application. He/she will contribute to deliver INSPIRE with Kofax OCR solution along SAP ERP roadmap and supporting day to day run operations by ensuring high availability and the performance of the applications and business satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide level 2/3 application support with monitoring the application support queue and address each issue as per the set protocol. Ensure Alstom Incident/Change Management process complied
  • Working closely with S2P Expert for all deployment activities
  • Working with internal and external Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other key business users (Shared Services, Business Process Owner) to scope integration solutions and conduct technical gap analyses of software environments
  • Configuration of INSPIRE and related interfaces with ERP, Dell Boomi, Hanalake, IAM (Identity Access Managment)
  • Contribute on deployment of INSPIRE (Basware P2P + Kofax) Core model along with SAP ERP Roadmap i.e. Configuration, E2E testing, Cutover activities, Go live preparation, Training Key User and Documentation
  • Deep dive issues and lead till resolution by coordinating with other internal teams
  • Licenses monitoring optimization by driven action plan
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to all users and continuous communication
  • Provide timely and regular communication to user on open cases, not letting cases breach SLA without update on case
  • Monthly Releases on Editor assesment on new features and Bug fixes and demonstrate to Business
  • Maintain healthy relationship with Business stakeholder (Shared Services, Business Process Owner) and editors and ensuring level of support from them
  • Prepare and participate to ORM (Operational Review Meeting) with the Operational Manager
  • Perform RCA for high priority incidents, developing checklist for recurring problem and work with Solution experts on Continuous improvement initiative to improve services
  • Support Internal/External Audit with relevant documentation and to be compliant with process

The challenge of the position is the accountability of the delivery of INSPIRE (Basware P2P) with Kofax OCR solution along with aggressive SAP ERP deployment roadmap and to manage legacy DIP solution (Basware On-premise) till decommission by having both IT technical skills and good functional knowledge. Very good communication and S2P process knowledge with relevant Implementation experience is required.

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering/Technology or related field

Experience

Mandatory

  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant business/solution/industry experience
  • Experience in S2P Cloud solution is must have
  • Experience in Basware P2P Cloud Implementation with integration of OCR solution i.e., Kofax/Readsoft
  • Integration experience into SAP BAPI s, API, SFTP with multiple eco system
  • Proficient in SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB
  • Fundamental understanding of XML document structures

Desirable:

  • Finance processes knowledge into Accounting,Purchasing
  • Knowledge on Financial ERP application such as SAP
