As a member of the Consumer Line Talent Management (CLTM) team within the newly formed Consumer Talent organization, the APAC Consumer TM Specialist role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute your experience and passion for all things talent in a dynamic, complex and global business.
This role is dedicated to the APAC region, specifically Japan, China and Australia; and will report into the International Consumer Talent Management Leader for APAC based out of Delhi.
The scope of responsibilities include, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, driving long term talent planning, org design, succession planning, providing change leadership for global talent initiatives, and driving data-driven talent processes and process improvement.
The candidate should possess functional knowledge of core HR areas preferably with experience in Talent Management or as an HR Business Partner. The candidate should be self-driven and possess the ability to work in an ambiguous and global environment with minimal guidance or supervision. A high level of integrity, judgment and discretion in handling confidential information, the professionalism in dealing with sensitive situations is important. The candidate must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. The candidate should also be detail oriented, high on business and analytical acumen, with demonstrated ability to influence and partner with, senior stakeholders., Bachelor s degree in HR, Organization Behavior, Business Management or related field from an accredited college or university.
8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment working in HRBP or Talent Management roles. Master s degree Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/or an MBA highly preferred.
Ability to thrive in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to influence others and execute in a customer-centric manner.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and accurately in time sensitive matters and organized to manage and track multiple priorities simultaneously grace under pressure and the ability to switch gears at a moment s notice.
Possess a high level of integrity, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
Ability to use data to solve business problems.
Knowledge of core Talent Management programs/processes, including performance management, promotions, succession planning, and talent development.
Confidence in partnering with senior leaders and ability to communicate in a crisp, concise and professional manner.
To be successful, the individual will need to demonstrate analytical capabilities, a process improvement mentality and ability to influence others with data-driven recommendations.
HR Project Management experience with experience in scoping, leading and delivering complex projects. The right candidate will have a track record of project management from conception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement.
Experience with leading organizational design efforts is a plus.
