Senior ACES Program Manager

As an ACES Program Manager for HR Services, you will support Internal Transfer Services initiatives to be scalable and efficient, and provide a great employee experience. You will work globally with business stakeholders, HR partners and internal partner teams at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines. You will define standard work and promote process optimization for our Transfers Service Delivery hubs in India and Costa Rica.
Support Operations Excellence Program (ACES) for process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization using Six Sigma principles.
Be the subject matter expert in assigned functional areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and best practice sharing while supporting learning and execution of optimal processes in a metric driven culture.
Act as liaison with various cross functional project groups driving the operational execution of products and services across our customer groups.
Coach project teams in delivering tangible and impactful results in a timely manner.
Ensure active and effective continuous improvement engagement across hubs
Provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance indicators to the customer groups
Apply Project Management discipline at different stages of the projects and drive standard work implementation
Cost out our work and recommend consolidation or cost improvements and efficiencies, 5+ years of experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Operations or related field Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification Overall 12 to 15 Years Experience with 5-10 years Process Improvement experience. 5+ years experience in an operational or shared services setting Process improvement experience by applying the DMAIC Methodology and successfully leading Kaizen events Experience with delivery training and facilitating simulations in LEAN / Six sigma tools Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must Project Management Certification . MBA/ Master's Degree Preferred Proven ability to influence others without having positional authority Cross-functional project management experience
