Job Description:
SkillSet: customer relations, sales, data collection, target audience, business acumen. Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual. Plan, design, develop, and deliver sustainable strategic training and instructional programs to corporates and individuals. Providing consulting and training services to clients worldwide. Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs, utilizing appropriate data collection instruments and procedures. To manage the production of course materials for Tailor-Made Training as required by clients and for the Scheduled Courses programme. Identifying and coordinating the work of external consultants in order to support this process. Coordinating the work of external trainers as required in order to support this work. Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devise a training strategy for the organisation. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant workshops. Serves as point of contact for technology training needs. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Advanced analytical, business acumen and critical thinking skills. Ability to interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional media solutions. Extensive working knowledge in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology. Skilled in analysing target audience and presenting ideas in a clear, concise manner. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Project management and presentation skills and the ability to resolve complex problems and issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on rapport building, listening, and the ability to deliver effective training programs. Ability to consult with stakeholders to offer important technological and organizational feedback. Demonstrated ability to train adult learners and novice computer users required. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a complex environment. Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary.,
