Basic Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Significant relevant work experience in the Information Technology or Service Industry.
• Should be well verse with concept of ADDIE.
• Should be aware of the training KPIs, calculation.
• Capability to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
• Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Projects around to achieve the same will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Should be a graduate or a Post Graduate.
• Should be based out at Bangalore.
• Must be an immediate joiner or with 15 days Notice.
