Area Sales Manager (Project Sales)
Location: Delhi and NCR
Experience: Minimum 5 years in building material or interior designing products.
Role Objectives:
The role holder will be responsible for handling both project and channel sales. 80 % project and 20 % channel sales.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Visiting to architects, builders and promoters.
2. Visiting to real estate projects and meeting with property owners.
3. Showing product catalogues.
4. Understanding client s needs.
6. Closing the deals and revenue generation.
7. Payment collections.
8. Appointment of new dealer and distributor.
8. After sales support.
9. Team management.
