Exp: 0 - 4 years in real estate.
Location: Thane.
Salary: up to 24 K.
JD:
-Meeting Monthly Sales Targets (Individual)
-Meeting site visit targets on weekly basis (Individual)
-Ensuring proper work and updates in RRD on the leads assigned
-Coordinating pick up and drop arrangements for clients site visits with the help of their Sales Manager
-Reporting to their Sales Manager s on their sales/sales support activities assigned to them
-Ensuring filled up Booking form and token amount realization on converted Sales
-Ensuring query resolution of client POST sales related to SBI loan process or legal documentation queries with the help of respective Sales Manager
-Supporting Sale Coordinator for Sale Deed coordination of converted clients and their timely completion of collection and deal where ever needed
-Sales Support Assignments like handling support job for Sale Deed execution, disbursement process in SBI/any other financial institution

Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A. Industry Sales/Marketing Work Experience 0 - 4 Years Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
