* Duties and Responsibilities - Will be required drive Service to Collections team Responsible for Customer complaint resolution as per defined SLA Responsible for team induction, training and skill enhancement Accountable for quality of calls attended by service executive Responsible for co-ordination with COE Collections team for ongoing Process changes Accountable to Dispose-off correct information about customer interaction CRM System Daily publishing MIS on the activities carried out by team Periodic QC of the customer complaint calls, Emails, CRM resolution given Identification of improvement areas, need of S2C Collection team and work closely with concern stake holders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions and get them delivered Accountable to interact with Service, Collections for effectiveness of the process Scope of the duties cover defining new requirements, getting it Developed and maintain it further considering the project / business requirement of project process Procedures. Required work in shifts to provided 24X7 service under Service to Collection process. Accountable to manage and motivate mid-size team consistent and outstanding performance

* A minimum of about 4 years experience in same field and overall 6 years of experience Post graduate from a reputed Institute Strong knowledge of Customer Grievance Management Prior experience of work in Customer Service / Insurance Service Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style both technical and non-technical audience Interest and passion to work with highly aggressive team Conviction and ability convincing others
