Job Description:  SkillSet: banking, finance, filing, mis, nbfc.
* Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for driving project management on Business transformation and data re-engineering. Key initiatives around offer management data and processes automation Required experience on working on data related projects command on data technologies Strong SQL Power BI hands on experience Proven track record of handling large scale complex data churning Responsible for managing project management components like project initiation planning ROI estimation and execution. Strong technology adoption project delivery and domain experience. Manage multiple tasks concurrently including projects of medium to high complexity Conducting meticulous scoping planning and timing of projects Strong understanding of large scale development including production environment continuous integration and continuous deployment strategies Fulfil document requirements technical design between various internal external team Able to seek out new problems then develop implement solutions a strong sense of ownership Carry out risk assessment Coordinate communicate feature releases in partnership with Product Business Cross functions Graduate with 3-4 years (or) postgraduate with 1-2 years of prior relevant work experience 1-2 years of project management experience or similar role in cross functional team. Experience in a product role and or a Head Office role can be an added strength. Global thinker who performs well in a fast-paced ambiguous environment Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written that can be applied at all levels Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter Good knowledge of MS-Office and SFDC 3 - 4 years of experience
