Job Responsibilities:
Drives overall implementation of plans and strategies, continually monitors effectiveness
Leverages Global HR strategy, Policies, Practice and direction to design HR strategies for captive
Consults with management on a variety of HR and business related issues, both strategically and operationally
Continually assesses the effectiveness of the organizations business model and organization dynamics and leads efforts to realign/refocus as needed
Drives organization wide talent planning initiatives including talent assessment, calibration, development planning and succession planning
Partner with the Senior Leadership team to translate and ensure alignment to the site goals.
Drive effective organizational alignment and processes to enable strong partnerships with key functions.
Lead change management efforts in partnership with the Senior Leadership team.
Partner with the Senior Leadership team to ensure leadership and team effectiveness.
Partner with the Senior Leadership team in establishing effective operating processes (i.e. prioritization, resource allocation processes)
Provide executive coaching and development to senior leaders.
Drive an effective reward and recognition strategy that reinforces the culture and behaviors.
Develop and implement measurement systems to determine the impact of HR programs.
Develops employee engagement plans to drive BPTW engagement, increase retention and reduce turnover
Lead digitalization efforts within the site for HR programs and provide consultation on global HR projects
Coach and develop high performing teams
MBA or Masters degree in an HR discipline preferred. Should have at least 10 years of HR experience that includes at least 5 years of generalist experience. Health Care (Pharma), or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influence skills, with the ability to drive change
Innovative with demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement efforts
Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with management team and to coach and influence decision making of senior leaders
Strong project management skills and results orientation
Good business acumen and judgment
Demonstrated ability to help define, translate and execute on an organizations strategy
History of delivering results
Excellent communication and listening skills
Solid knowledge of HR strategies, practices and policies
Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflict

Key partnerships with India/Global team to partner with iniatives, develop talent and collaborate on program implementations and iniatives
Collaborate with Global HR partners, COE and HR ops teams
