Regional Sales Manager Retail

  • Develops and drives the sales strategy for the retail channel in line with the organizational objectives and the retail business plan;
  • Manages and achieves sales volume, value and growth targets of an entire state or multiple depots within a state;
  • Designs and implements effective trade schemes to drive product sales;
  • Tracks competition activities and local market trends and adopts appropriate interventions in the market to counter the same;
  • Expands the retail footprint of Berger in the market by continuously developing and cultivating new customers (dealers / distributors)

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Minimally 12 - 15 years of progressive experience in channel sales in the consumer industry, with at least 5 years in the paints industry
  • Familiarity with the UP / Uttarakhand or other North Indian markets preferred
  • Full working proficiency in both Hindi and English
