Sr Executive

Job Location:  Pune
Job Description:  SkillSet: inside sales, social media, computer skills, microsoft office, sales.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, social media and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and position the offerings accordingly
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and work with them to take the discussions towards closure
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Research on accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand list/ database of prospects within assigned territory
  • Effectively communicate with prospects


  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving target
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialing calls
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to connect and interact with potential customers over call/ Email/ Social Media
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Persuasive, team player and goal-oriented with high work ethics
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Qualification:  ("Graduation in any field")
Salary:  3.0 Lakh to 5 Lakh INR
