Job Description

1. Develops technical documentation based on the level of equity assigned.

2. Consults with various client contacts and subject matter experts to gather product specific information.

3. Participates in meetings with clients, subject matter experts and departmental co-workers.

4. Researches automotive option content.

5. Performs teardown, removal and installation, disassembly and assembly processes to document procedures.

6. Develops technical information using client supplied resources, such Subject Matter Experts, product teardowns, and engineering schematics.

7. Authors information using various electronic systems, such as ArborText / XMetaL, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel.

8. Validates technical information based on client-supplied information.

9. Advises project manager/team leader of project status and potential issues.

10. Responsible for delivery of projects which are on time, within budget and accurate.

11. Completes various assignments as directed by management.

12. Facilitate customer satisfaction through the use of Quality Operating System Measurable for the department.
