Key Responsibilities

  1. Key account management and business plan target achievement
  2. Create a framework that encourages/incentivizes early adoption of solutions by new customers
    • Business development leading to Pipeline for creation of new customers in shared mobility and new EV space
    • Build Pipeline for customer engagements and sales thru network partners
  3. Own and manage customer PL for Telematics retrofit sales
  4. Effectively build and maintain internal and external relationships, working with key stakeholders and cultivating a network of experts outside the organization
  5. Build and manage a large network of stakeholders both internal external to further the strategy of projects

Key Activities

  • Lead the portfolio for Hardware sales as Retrofit Telematics Devices in region India
  • Drive strategic partnership with Fleet service providers, Aggregators, Dealers, Integrators for market positioning of Telematics hardware and Fleet management services
  • Understand and uncover customer needs, wants and long-term goals of large and medium fleets by segments and implement necessary mobility services/solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective large and medium strategic accounts in alignment with the Go to Market for realization of business
  • Work closely with Distribution Partners and their channels to establish a network for retail sale of devices and empanelment of regulated devices e..g AIS140
  • Maintaining a mutually beneficial value extracting partnership in Independent Aftermarket channel of Bosch
  • Organize sales activities to support successful launch and retail visibility of portfolio at regional level
  • Determine/understand additional developments and enhancements to meet customers and dealer needs
  • Establish and grow solution revenues (hardware, monthly services and beneficial services)
  • Revenue ownership delivery of the segment through core complementing engagements
