Position Responsibilities:

• 2+ Years of experience in Visa Handling

• Excellent Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.

• Well versed with Visa Process at Pan India Level

• Consultative approach, Multitasking and should be excellent in following up the pending items

• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills

• Should able to act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations about visa requirements.

• Should able to manage first level customer complaints and escalations.

Experience in the travel industry in a similar position or in a customer service center.

• Has good knowledge of visa of different countries, has worked on VFS/any process where he/she has managed visa queries
• Almost about 2-3 years experience in managing visa queries.
