Job Description

1. Drive Retail KPIs at the existing stores with a strong understanding of business led by a number
of initiatives.
Strong L2L growth across the region.
Drive profitability for the business across the region.
2. Responsible for new store opening processes.
Identify right locations and coordinate with the mall leasing team/ landlords and the
internal commercial/legal team signoffs for the same.
Coordinate high-visibility, timely rollout of the store fitouts.
Drive store launch plans in coordination with VM amp; Marketing Team.
3. Strong operational hygiene to be maintained at the stores.
Implementing the SOPs.
Suggest better ideas to improve the existing processes.
4. Competition benchmarking.
Should be hands on with the various competitors sales numbers and their best

5. Should track the stores inventory on a regular basis amp; ensure inventory control through surprise
Ensuring stock availability across categories, sell through management and shrinkage

6. Offers amp; Promotions to be run at the store to plan amp; execute based on data amp; competition.
7. Strong financial compliances amp; highlighting if any store variances.
Monitoring and controlling cash/ card / UPI settlements amp; petty cash spends.

8. Drive Customer Repeats amp; new footfalls generation through coordination with marketing team amp;
innovative BTLs.
9. Participate in key mall events amp; ensure brand visibility.
10. Drive innovative campaigns to improve awareness, visibility, trials, and repeats.
11. Help the store team in recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing store staff.
12. Build a highly passionate and self-driven team internally to grow the business sustainably and
profitably for the brand.

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Graduate/MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 4-5 years experience in retail operations roles.
2. Prior retail experience is a must.
3. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.
4. A passion for sales and marketing.
5. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability, and lateral thinking ability.
6. Great at managing relationships, leading teams, and working with multiple stakeholders.

We will need a person who has done Business development along with Retail Operations, both for any EBO chain in fashion brands.
