Job Description:  SkillSet: it, deals, story, sme, sales.
  1. Industry BPS Subject matter expert Banking
  2. Connected to the industry, understands the latest business problems and build solutions proactively to take it to the market
  3. Understands the latest trends, and brings the learnings into the solutions and make it competitive
  4. Strategic development of the assigned portfolio and accounts working in partnership with Sales and Account team. Will drive growth of New and existing BPS Services from the Region on existing and new client base. Also ensure capacity capability alignment for the growth
  5. Ability to understand the client problems and Lead / shape solutioning for large deals and improve the win rate
  6. Extremely good in articulation / story telling
  7. Work with the Regional sales / Go to market team, qualify deals
  8. Mentor solution architects, and help them to solution deals, build business case
  9. Ensuring smooth hand over of deals to Operations, and ensure the execution against the plan of record
  10. Maintaining the strategic level executive relationships with the client stakeholder - participates in strategic level governance meetings / executive forums with the Client/ manage Client visits.
  11. Be the SME who is Hands on in rectifying significant client delivery issues escalated by the Client or account team
  12. Stakeholder Management Delivery operations, sales, partners, client, Roles and Responsibilities
