Assistant Manager Customer Service

Major Purpose of the Job: (Exactly spell out key deliveries/results expected from this job):

The jobholder shall be responsible for connecting internal and external stakeholders on special occasions. Will act as an extension of IAMICON office. Connecting with KOL/KBL along with Team members. She will be responsible for creating professional connect with identified KOLs. Overall will act as an assistant to the department and will look after overall execution of departmental needs and liaison with all relevant stakeholders.

Job Role

  • Will drive Customer value proposition for Cadila in terms of Qualitative discussions.
  • Helping the team in preparing database for Cadila in terms of Birthdays/Marriage Anniversary of Top KOL/KBL/Invested customers of Country.
  • Connecting and communicating with Internal Team members for Doctors connect.
  • Acting as a liaison between IAMICON leaders and Business divisions for Customer connect on special occasions and scientific events.
  • Wishing customers on their special occasion (Birthday/Marriage Anniversary/Family Functions) on behalf of IAMICON and Cadila Team.
  • Providing daily input to HOD and IAMICON leaders on key accounts leveraged, prepared for Commercial Discussions.
  • Will be face of IAMICON team in Head office and Field and will help in overall execution of planned strategies by department.
  • Will ensure flawless execution of need based Priorities of the department. (Connecting with Field/Hotel Management/Vendors/ other relevant stakeholders)
  • Key customer Development (CRM activities).

Qualification: Graduate In any Discipline with customer service experience

Industry: Pharmaceuticals

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service

Experience: emale candidate from hospitality/Hotel/Aviation industry, Excellent in verbal and written Communication. Should possess at least 3-4 years of overall experience in Hospitality Industry in terms of Managing Customer connect and representing the Organization to all internal and external stakeholders for viable commercial outcome.
