Executive/Sr. Executive - Customer Service (International Voice)
Domain: Finance & Banking

Working Days:
5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Off

Working Hours: 9 Hours (Rotational Shifts depending on Business Need)

Joining: Immediate - 30 days

As a Customer Service Executive/Senior Executive you will: 
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or Calls
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through co-ordination with internal and external departments and/or parties
  • Resolve customer complaints through analysis of the problem; providing optimum solutions, expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Manage customers' accounts
  • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports
  • Maintain customer databases
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Qualification: Any Graduate or UG

Industry: Call Center/BPO/KPO/ITES

Functional Area: ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in International Voice Process.

Location: Chennai (Madras) (Tamil Nadu, India), Mumbai (Bombay) (Maharashtra, India)

Salary: Upto 7 Lpa + Allowances
