Who You ll Work With
As a key member of Strategic Governance Team in the CX Center s Excellence and Standardization Organization, you ll build a strong network of cross-functional relationships across CX, CXC Regions, Engines and Foundations, and Cisco to help ensure adoption of key strategic programs and capabilities through governance, support and best-in-class processes and tools. The governance team will orchestrate Innovations, Acquisition, Strategic Programs, Offer Enablement and Executive Leadership priorities through the single Strategic Governance Model in partnership with the Engines and Regions and other CX and IT organizations. Specifically, we will manage the portfolio, the budget, the tools and workflow requirements, and be the single interface to our supporting development organizations in support of the Strategic Investment bringing the highest Value Realization to CX Centers.

Role Description
The Global Customer Experience (CX) Centers Innovation tools Program Manager will manage the portfolio of tools, workflow requirements, budget and be a single interface to our supporting development organizations in support of the Strategic Investments. The program manager should be comfortable managing projects and presenting to multiple audience types globally. This role will focus on using your Program Management expertise and analytical skills to communicate, develop, lead, and assist strategic priorities, processes and workflows with the program, stakeholder and consumer in mind. The successful candidate must work within deadlines of structured or unstructured programs, be flexible to business needs, have a commitment to completing high quality deliverables on or ahead of schedule and will be a positive team player, with high energy, superior people skills and the drive to collaborate.
Overall Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and capture the workflow and the tool gap analysis from the biz cases with the SMEs
  • Write use cases/requirements in a detailed way to guide development through curation process (collect, vet, prioritize, present review, monitor, confirm).
  • Facilitate and write the requirements for tool instrumentation to capture the right metrics in order to track value realization
  • Facilitate and manage cross functional technical reviews within and across Engines to finalize and prioritize requirements
  • Facilitation of Executive Review Boards within and across Engines to obtain sign-off of the prioritized requirements, ensuring alignment to the biz case objectives
  • Present prioritized requirements to development organization (CX DT, IT, CX Engineering)
  • Facilitate the technical review of the requirements between the development orgs and the Engines during release management process (architecture, design, UI, BAT/UAT sign-off)
  • Implement and manage a common Innovation operating model process across the ES organization
  • Manage Innovation budget for the innovation projects (budget management)
  • Develop a POC/MVP common success criteria and results in order to articulate value/ROI in common way for comparison feeding into the business case
  • Facilitate executive reviews of the innovation portfolio and success
  • SPOC for innovation governance with multiple executive stakeholders across the region and partner with Innovation ambassadors
  • Drive innovation operating process and innovation events such as hackathon / ideathons
    Qualifications and Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with practical experience in program management with practical experience in process analysis improvements, system implementations, driving change management, large group facilitation
  • Practical understanding of program/project management methodologies (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Exceptional people skills are required as well as advanced organization, time management, and analysis skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on rapport, building and sustaining relationships, listening, and promoting and focusing on common goals and win-win results
  • Ability to organize competing priorities and tasks as well as support projects within various global time zone
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, self-guided, dynamic and demanding environment
  • Ability to learn new product, processes, and tools quickly and effectively explain it in a few words
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
  • Ability to build out process documentation for both Program and Project
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
  • PMP certification a plus
  • Innovation management experience is a big plus
  • Prior Cisco experience is a plus, but not required

Minimum Requirements: ( Must have Qualifications)
1. 10+ years of experience in project management, with practical experience in program management
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on rapport, building and sustaining relationships
3. Self-Directed Individual - Needs to take Minimal Strategy Information and know how to work to the achieve the overall high level goals independently
4. Ability to self-manage with excellent time management skills, organize competing priorities and tasks to work through sometimes ambiguous and unstructured environments
Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: ( Nice to have Qualifications )

1. Technical skills with Customer Support or Professional Services experience
2. Possess a solid technical background and experience in a SaaS, Agile or Continuous delivery mode
