Key Objective of the Role The key objective of the role is to work closely with agency accounts and creative staff, producing briefs to ensure campaign ideas and strategies are effective and targeted to the right audience. Key Responsibilities Developing ideas and pinpointing business problems Understanding the needs and wants of the clients and consumers by through market research Drive the strategic direction of each campaign and ensuring the fit of the creative work with the brand strategically Running qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers attitudes, behaviors and perceptions Gaining a comprehensive context for advertising strategies by analyzing a wide range of information in great detail, including demographics, socio- economics and the market for the client s product and market share Providing the creative team with a clearly defined brief that contains concise information on the product, audience and strategy so that they can develop creative ideas applicable to the media channels that will promote the idea most effectively. Develop innovative ways to reach consumers Analysing and interpreting a variety of information Commissioning external qualitative and quantitative research Keeping up- to- date with cultural/ social trends and customers views and attitudes Undertaking qualitative research activities Making presentations to clients and agency staff Evaluating campaign effectiveness Analysing sales data Post Graduate, Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce/ Strategy or Planning will be added honors 2.5 6 years of work experience with a brand, digital/ social/ advertising/ creative/ media agency Skills Behavioural Eagerness to learn and explore various facets of the job with an enthusiasm to share learning with others An enthusiast and fanatic of new- age digital advertising Expresses clearly and an active listener to constructive feedback and instructions Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines Must be adept to working in a dynamic team structure Willingness to undertake a variety of work not limited to the role/ job specifications with an ongoing commitment to achieving highquality results Technical Comprehensive knowledge of Social Digital Media, Online Marketing, Publishing platforms and abreast with latest industry trends, model, communication concepts, practices, tools, etc. Dynamic written communication, presentation and oration skills; strong hold on language Should have a constant and relevant presence in the social spaces Innate balanced analytical and strategic thinking ability A business and brand thinker, understanding the relationship between media and business outcomes Strong understanding of the changing role of digital media in brand development Highly organized to be able to handle multiple deadline driven projects and workflows Able to train, manage and guide a team of highly skilled individuals Ability to effectively communicate company brand values via social media,
