Job Profile :Business Development Associate Manager

Experience :4+ years

Location : Noida

Working Hours :12:00 pm to 9:00 pm ,8:00 pm to 5:00 am

Working Days :Monday to Friday

Salary Budget : Up To 11 LPA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :-

  • Organization is looking for smart, self driven, entrepreneurial flexible Business Development experts for building new business opportunities in Europe, North America and APAC regions.
  • The incumbent shall be responsible for International B2B business development and sales, managing global accounts and strategically developing new business for Market Intelligence.
  • Initiating the engagement process at the C level executives in the defined geographies. To understand the strategic focus and intention of the current and future planning of clients. Following up with clients for closures.
  • The incumbent will be an independent contributor owing up revenue target for few industry practices
  • Mentor, train Supervise inbound outbound teams and train them to effectively identify build new business opportunities and thereby achieve individual organizational targets
  • Understand Market Intelligence Reports from various verticals and develop a robust sales strategy based on different requirements from clients.
  • Retain the existing clients and further probe them to enhance business opportunities to increase customer lifetime value ( CLV) for the organization
  • Workclosely with executives, marketing,and research team to increase the Closure Ratio and Number of New Acquisitions and also to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC)
  • Active participation in generation of RFPs/RFQs for key accounts.
  • Participate in industry events, sales meetings, training programs and conferences
  • New account development for research products distinct within the operative verticals, Manage,nurture cultivate those accounts to ensure recurring revenue.

Skills required :-

  • Team Handling Experience will be an added advantage.
  • Incumbent must have worked with B2B global sales industry
  • Exposure to knowledge / research product will be an advantage
  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong command in Powerpoint presentations (PPTs)
  • Should be able to demonstrate negotiation and pitching skills through past experience
  • Must have experience in outbound sales (should be a hunter farmer)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidate should be from a Market Research organization
