We are looking for a versatile and energetic CRM expert with experience working on Salesforce administration , as well as managing the prospect/lead database. This is a full-time position based out of the Whitefield Office in Bangalore, reporting to the Head Marketing Operations.

This position has several key responsibility areas:

• User and System Administration of a Salesforce system, including but not limited to creating reports, dashboards, importing bulk loads, assigning responsibilities, creating rules, custom fields, and triggers, as well as inter-object relationship management.

• Administration of any enterprise-grade Marketing Automation system (ideally Eloqua), including but not limited to the configuration and running of email campaigns, formatting of emails

• Use of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo (good-to-have) for contact information enrichment, including but not limited to search and research assistance to the marketing and sales teams

• Understanding requirements on salesforce and implementing changes to ensure that they are met in the best possible way

• Using apex triggers and Visual Force to configure Salesforce as per our internal requirements

• Using dataloader and other tools to migrate and load data in Salesforce

• Ideally 2+ years of experience working on Salesforce CRM as an administrator

• Good communication skills will be expected to take regular training for the Sales team based out of India and the US.

• Excellent research skills and curiosity to learn about the business/industry.

• Familiar with lead data research across various platforms including LinkedIn, and tools like Zoominfo, Discover.org, etc.- Intermediate Excel skills including handling pivot tables

• Marketing Automation system Eg.: Eloqua

• Working experience on Salesforce Lightning will be a bonus

• Basic knowledge about the sales marketing function

• Certified on Salesforce administration (Basic Certification would be highly preferred but not mandatory)
