DGM/ GM - Operation (Coke Oven Plant)
Job Profile:-
- Coke Oven Battery Process :Recovery Non Recovery Experience
- Production planning & its Execution.
- Preparing daily reports.
- Maintaining good thermal & hydraulic regime of battery.
- Maintaining safe & healthy working environment.
- Coke Oven Battery Operations :
- Achieving maximum production target.
- Preparing daily delay reports.
- Maintaining battery machines & Cars in good conditions.
- Coke Oven Break downs :
- Adjusting the battery parameters as per production.
- Ramp up & ramp down planning & its proper Executions.
- Proper coordination with Operation & maintenance team.
- Preparing & Analyzing Breakdown reports.
Coke Oven Battery Commissioning:
- Testing of various pipe lines in battery area.
- Chimney heating up.
- Battery side heat up & under jet firing with coke oven gas.
- Change over to Mixed gas heating system
Plant Operations
Commissioning and stabilizing recovery type coke oven batteries.
Monitoring Operations of coke ovens.
Analyzing various processes / applications and planning start-up and shut down operations.
Handling large volumes of coke oven & blast furnace gases.
Generating MIS reports on various parameters like Plant performance, capacity utilization, energy conservation and optimization of the process.
Quality/Safety
Ensuring adherence to quality standards and implementing stringent quality control systems.
Managing overall safety operations and preparing the plant for routine safety audits in accordance with OHSAS.
Adhering to statutory specifications & organizational standards for the maintenance of safety inside the plant during all routine and especially critical/hazardous operations.
Participating in safety audits and training the staff members & operators for these audits.
Team Management
Motivating the team to excel and accomplish the assigned production targets.
Monitoring competency grids and identify training needs for skill / competency up gradation.
Skill Set:
Proactive and Analytical decision-making.
Computer Skilled:
Computer usage for Performance monitoring: Developed periodical performance monitoring system through SAP/ERP/ Oracle with extensive use of computers at all levels.
Quality Management Systems:
Implementation of ISO-10006, ISO- 50001, ISO- 9000, ISO- 9001, ISO- 2008, EMS 14001, OHAS -18001 systems. TPM, WCM, Six sigma
Experience: 14 - 24 years.
Location: Odisha (Orissa) (Odisha (Orissa), India)
Salary: Rs. 18,00,000 - 33,00,000 P.A.
